Report a problem

If a tool isn't working as expected, please tell us:

• Which tool you were using (for example, Compress PDF or PDF to Word).
• What file format and approximate file size were involved.
• Your browser and operating system (for example, Chrome 130 on Windows 11).
• A short description of what happened and what you expected instead.

The more detail you include, the faster we can reproduce and fix the issue.

Feature requests

We are always looking to add useful tools and improve existing ones. Suggestions that are frequently requested by visitors get built first. If you would like a new PDF tool, a new conversion option, or better support for a specific document type, let us know.

Before you write

Most tools on this site process files locally in your browser. If a file "looks wrong", try a different browser first — some older browsers lack the features our tools rely on. For password-protected files, make sure you have entered the correct password, as our tools cannot bypass encryption.
